Job summary

Anthropologie in Santa Clarita is hiring a Back of House Specialist to manage back of house operations and omni service processes. You will prioritise product flow and replenishment, ensure proper processing and tagging, and support timely visual execution for a seamless omni-channel experience.

You will lead and maintain order queues, ensure packaging standards, and uphold safety and inventory accuracy while collaborating with leadership to meet brand standards and store profitability.

Responsibilities

• Understand how merchant process impacts business and prioritize product flow and replenishment.
• Process order queues and daily workload to prevent backlog and cancellations.
• Maintain proper packaging and visual merchandising standards.
• Support timely execution of product placement and visual priorities.
• Keep sales floor and back of house organized for easy restock.
• Use store technology to ensure a seamless omni-channel experience.
• Lead product flow including shipment receipt, processing, tagging, and floor placement.
• Oversee back of house standards and keep receiving, shipping, stock areas clean.
• Uphold safety, inventory accuracy, and company policies to support profitability.
• Oversee omni process to maintain fill rates and brand standards.
• Coordinate supply needs, technology, workstations, and pickup areas.
• Facilitate transfer of online products back to warehouse.
• Communicate with leadership about omni, shipment, restock status; escalate issues.
• Collaborate with store leadership to share progress and request support.
• Set fast-paced tempo to maintain omni-channel standards and SLAs.
