Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a team-oriented Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. The role involves picking merchandise from pick lists, using RF scanners, and maintaining a safe, organized environment for members.

Responsibilities include meeting productivity metrics, following SOPs, and collaborating with club leadership to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick and verify orders.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensures accurate counts.
