The role focuses on enhancing the customer experience by managing back of house operations and omni service processes, prioritizing product flow, and ensuring orderly packaging and visual execution.

You will support timely fulfillment, collaborate with leadership, and maintain standards to maximize efficiency and store profitability while upholding safety and inventory controls.

• Keep back of house and sales floor clean and organized for easy restock.
• Use store technology to support a seamless omni-channel experience.
