Job summary

Foundation Health Partners is seeking an OMM physician to join a six-physician team in Fairbanks, Alaska. The role emphasizes Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) techniques and collaboration with experienced medical staff to serve the Interior Alaska community.

The position offers a 40-hour work week, a generous time-off plan, and strong benefits, with a $65k sign-on and potential $10k incentive bonus plus production bonuses, aiming for a total annual compensation around $435k.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of medicine with licensure in state where he/she practices.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified by appropriate certifying board; current DEA number.
• Must apply for and maintain Medical Staff membership and clinical privileges as required by employment agreement.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative team of OMM providers serving Fairbanks and Interior Alaska.
• Utilize Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) in patient care as trained or to be trained.
• Provide high-quality care while meeting business outcomes and maintaining patient satisfaction.
