Qualifications

• Solid understanding of organic electronic material and device physics.

Responsibilities

• Assess OLED materials, device performance, and processing technologies for emerging display applications.
• Analyze trade-offs among OLED stack design, manufacturing processes, and optoelectronic performance.
• Define and evaluate OLED device specifications for new Apple products.
• Identify root causes of failure modes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and display/material suppliers.
• Travel 10–15% to display or material vendors for reviews.
