Job summary

Merrill Wealth Management in Fort Smith, Arkansas is seeking an Advisor Development Program participant to become a Financial Advisor, building relationships with high-net-worth clients and delivering comprehensive recommendations aligned with their goals.

You will train with Merrill teams, develop a book of business, complete required training, and grow through mentoring, while meeting regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment with targets.
• Experience in investments industry with product knowledge.
• Ability to engage and influence others; strong communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to complete mandatory training and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and present Merrill offerings to prospects.
• Build and manage a book of business to meet performance hurdles.
• Develop relationships, assess client needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Complete KYC data collection and open accounts when appropriate.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce accurately.
