Job summary

Green Stone Rx is seeking a licensed pharmacist to serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for our established multi-state sterile compounding operations. This part-time remote role offers a monthly retainer and the support of an experienced pharmacy operations and compliance team.

You will oversee professional compliance and Board-related documentation, review licensing submissions and renewals, and work with the compliance team to maintain ongoing regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state.
• Experience with regulatory filings and Board submissions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated PIC and fulfill appointment responsibilities.
• Review and approve licensing submissions, renewals, and regulatory documentation as appropriate.
• Work with the pharmacy operations and compliance team to support ongoing compliance.
• Participate in occasional Board-related discussions and respond to compliance matters.
• Provide professional guidance and identify issues requiring follow-up or corrective action.

Green Stone Rx is seeking a licensed pharmacist to serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) supporting established, active multi-state sterile compounding operations.

This part-time opportunity offers remote work, monthly compensation, and the support of an experienced pharmacy operations and compliance team.

About the Role

• Focus: Professional compliance oversight and Board-related documentation.
• Estimated Time: Typically less than one hour per week, with additional availability as needed to fulfill PIC responsibilities.
• Compensation: Monthly retainer.
• Location: Remote; no travel required.
• Support: An experienced internal team prepares licensing documentation, operational policies, and regulatory responses for your review and approval. Dispensing is handled by the existing pharmacy team.
