Responsibilities

Assess patients by interviewing and performing physical exams and taking histories.
Document patient care in records and charts.
Provide outpatient services by appointment.
Conduct preventive health maintenance and disease screening.
Perform well-women gynecological exams and related education.
Educate patients about disease processes and healthy habits.
Stay current with immunization schedules and clinic protocols.
Order and interpret labs and X-rays as needed.
Maintain licensure and prescriptive authority.
Participate in community health screening and prevention activities.
Inform Medical Director of difficult cases or outcomes.
Collaborate with clinic team to ensure quality patient care.
