Job summary
SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) specialist for our team in the United States. The role focuses on OIM 11g knowledge, entitlement and access troubleshooting, and connector development, with emphasis on provisioning and de-provisioning of OIM accounts.
The ideal candidate will work with WebLogic in clustered environments, perform performance tuning, and possess solid SOA workflow understanding. Strong troubleshooting skills for OIM-related issues are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), including 11g.
- Experience with entitlement and role access troubleshooting end-to-end.
- Provisioning and de-provisioning of OIM accounts.
- WebLogic in clustered environments with performance tuning.
- Developing and deploying OIM connectors.
- Understanding of SOA and workflow creation.
- Strong troubleshooting for OIM-related issues.
