Job summary

Downhole Chemical Solutions (DCS) in Perryopolis, PA, is seeking a Facility Operator to manage powder deliveries and daily facility operations, including loading pneumatic trailers, tracking inventory, and ensuring safety.

The role works with the DriFlow team under the Facility Manager, with shift 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, outdoors, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and ESOP participation. Compensation starts at $18/hr, moving to $20/hr after probation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• 2 years of stable, related oilfield work history
• Experience in warehousing, inventory, and forklift

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as requested by the Facility Manager.
• Inventory management: inspect materials, verify counts, and transact returned inventory into stock.
• Operate forklift and Yard dog.
• Document inventory movement within the warehouse to optimize efficiencies.
• Identify and label material, record/assign locations, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Handle loading/unloading of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Complete cycle counts as assigned by inventory supervisor/manager.
• Prepare and secure outgoing inventory orders for shipments; verify incoming orders.
• Pull and verify inventory listed on incoming orders.
• Stage secured outgoing inventory in designated areas.
• Inspect and maintain filling equipment in the warehouse.
• Count, receive, store, ship, and replenish warehouse inventory.
• Ensure materials are handled, packaged, or stored safely.
• Support asset management transactions and activities as required.
• Complete all company training and competency programs.
