Qualifications

• Ability to read work instructions, equipment drawings, and basic technical documents.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred or willing to obtain certification.
• Basic computer skills for electronic work orders and inspection documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, repair, and service oilfield equipment per procedures and specs.
• Disassemble/reassemble tools, replacing worn components as needed.
• Operate hand/power tools, pressure testing equipment, forklifts, and cranes safely.
• Prepare rental tools and equipment for shipment to customer locations.
• Receive, inspect, document findings, and initiate repairs for returned gear.
• Maintain service records, inspection reports, and work orders.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Follow safety policies, customer requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and material organization.
• Support machine shop, inspection, and assembly as workload requires.
• Collaborate with supervisors, machinists, field personnel, and other departments to meet deadlines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and safety.
