Halliburton in Victoria, TX is hiring Operator Assistant Trainees for Frac/Acid operations. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training and the chance to grow with a global energy services leader.

Successful candidates will complete a 90-day training period, receive a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, and enroll in a full benefits package, including health and retirement plans. A valid CDL or Class B license is preferred and physical work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain CDL Class A with tanker endorsement or Class B license.
• Satisfactory driving record with no DWI/DUI in past three years.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Pass background, physical, and drug screens.
• Ability to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Flexible work schedule with long hours or irregular shifts.
• On-call availability with short notice and ability to work in extreme weather.
