RelaDyne is seeking an Oilfield Lead to guide daily field operations, promote safety, and mentor Operators and Technicians. This role focuses on field leadership, equipment readiness, customer service, and employee development in Corpus Christi, TX.

The position requires hands-on leadership, strong safety culture, and the ability to manage field logistics, documentation, and emergency response while maintaining productive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of oilfield operations or related field experience required.
• Fueling, pumps, field equipment, or mechanical systems experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe operating practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations while ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and support to Operators and Technicians; assist with onboarding and training.
