Job summary

Danos, LLC in Midland, TX is seeking Warehouse Associates / Material Handlers to support daily operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and distributing materials and equipment for oil and gas projects. • Oilfield experience is required.
• Proficiency with SAP R/3 or similar ERP systems is required.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties including lifting, moving, loading and unloading materials.
• Strong commitment to safety and following procedures.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail when handling materials and inventory.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to assist with various warehouse tasks based on operational needs.
• Ability to travel occasionally; travel not frequent and will be reimbursed.
• Must meet conditional job offer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, issuing, and distributing materials.
• Load and unload trucks, move materials, and assist with general warehouse labor activities.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure materials are properly stored and accessible.
• Assist with inventory tracking, material transactions, and maintaining accurate warehouse records.
• Support inventory control activities and help identify discrepancies in materials or stock levels.
• Enter and update information in ERP systems, spreadsheets, and databases as needed.
• Follow established warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and inventory control standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Communicate with internal teams, procurement personnel, and suppliers regarding material needs and daily warehouse activities.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties and operational tasks as assigned.
