The position is based in Williston, ND, but candidates do not need to reside locally. You will perform routine maintenance, oil changes, inspections, tire rotation, and assist senior technicians while documenting

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning the trade
• Previous oil changes or basic vehicle maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Willing to work in a fast-paced shop and learn from experienced technicians
• Dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused
• Able to lift equipment and parts and stand for long periods
• Comfortable with 12-hour day shifts, including weekends when needed
• Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on light and heavy-duty vehicles, fleet equipment, and oilfield machinery
• Complete oil changes, fluid checks, lubrication services, and filter replacements
• Inspect vehicles and equipment for basic wear, leaks, and maintenance needs, and communicate findings to senior technicians
• Rotate and inspect tires as needed
• Wash, clean, and prepare equipment before and after service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist experienced mechanics with repairs and shop projects while gaining hands‑on experience
• Accurately document maintenance performed and report any concerns or recommended repairs
