Job summary

RelaDyne is seeking an experienced Oilfield Lead to support daily field operations, promote a strong safety culture, and provide hands‑on guidance to Operators and Technicians. This is a working field leadership role focused on safe, efficient operations and employee development.

Key responsibilities include leading daily field ops, coaching, unloading products, equipment readiness, and maintaining records. Requires 18+ months oilfield experience and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

  • 18+ months of oilfield operations or related field experience.
  • Fueling, pumps, field equipment, or mechanical systems experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe operating practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable using an iPad, computer, and company software.
  • Ability to enforce safety standards and respond effectively to emergencies.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform job duties safely.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily field operations while ensuring compliance with company, customer, DOT, and regulatory safety requirements.
  • Provide day‑to‑day guidance, coaching, and support to Operators and Technicians; assist with onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
  • Safely unload products, fuel customer equipment, and operate pumps, hoses, valves, nozzles, and related equipment.
  • Monitor equipment condition, inventory, and site readiness; conduct routine audits and report maintenance or replacement needs.
  • Coordinate equipment movements and communicate logistical, staffing, and operational needs to management.
  • Complete required operational paperwork and maintain accurate field, equipment, inventory, and training records.
  • Conduct field inspections, identify safety concerns, and assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact during emergencies until management arrives.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide safe, timely, and reliable service.
  • Support workforce planning, scheduling, and other operational needs as directed.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and safely operate field equipment for extended periods.

Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and wearing required PPE.

Ability to work extended shifts of up to 12–18 hours, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ability to travel and stay overnight when required.
