Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Class I Division I & II environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems including 480V/600V, MCCs, VFDs, and grounding.
• Willingness to work extended hours and rotational schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage electrical field crews on oil & gas projects.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, NFPA, local/state codes, and company standards.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials across sites.

Skills

Leadership and crew management

Knowledge of oilfield electrical systems

Understanding of jobsite safety and compliance

Ability to read electrical drawings

Education

Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License (TX or NM preferred)
