Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking Cement Equipment Operators (entry-level or experienced) to support oilfield cementing operations in Midland, TX. You will operate cement units, high-pressure pumps, and bulk equipment, ensuring safety and accuracy in density, volume, and pressure control.

Responsibilities include pre-job inspections, loading/unloading, rig-up/rig-down, and maintaining logs and maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with no manual restriction is required.
• Ability to work long shifts, nights, weekends.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical.
• TWIC card and basic safety certifications preferred or obtainable prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cementing equipment during primary and remedial cementing operations.
• Perform pre-job inspections, pressure tests, and function checks.
• Mix, transfer, and pump cement slurry with correct density, volume and pressure.
• Maintain job tickets, equipment logs, and maintenance records.
• Follow safety policies and participate in pre-job safety meetings.
• Assist with loading/unloading, rig-up/rig-down of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues in the field.
• Conduct routine maintenance on pumps, valves, hoses, manifolds.

This role involves the safe operation, maintenance, and support of cementing equipment during well cementing jobs.
