Oilfield Cement Equipment OperatorJob Summary We are hiring Cement Equipment Operators (entry-level or experienced) to support oilfield cementing operations. This role involves the safe operation, maintenance, and support of cementing equipment during well cementing jobs. Candidates must hold a Class A CDL with no manual restriction.Schedule15 days on / 6 days off rotationLocals (within 30 miles of the reporting location) may stay homeTraveling employees receive mileage reimbursement up to 300 miles each way to housingCompensation$18–$24 per hour, depending on experience$30 per day per diemOvertime paid as applicableKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor cementing equipment, including cement units, high-pressure pumps, mixing systems, and bulk equipment during primary and remedial cementing operationsPerform pre-job inspections, pressure tests, and function checksMix, transfer, and pump cement slurry according to job design while maintaining accurate density, volume, and pressure controlMonitor critical parameters during pumping and communicate effectively with the supervisor and crewConduct routine and preventive maintenance on pumps, valves, hoses, manifolds, and related systems; troubleshoot and repair issues in the fieldAssist with loading, unloading, rig-up, and rig-down of equipmentMaintain accurate job tickets, equipment logs, and maintenance recordsStrictly follow all company, client, and regulatory safety policies (PPE, H2S, lockout/tagout, etc.)Participate in pre-job safety meetings and JSAsRequirementsClass A CDL with no manual restriction (required)Entry-level candidates will be considered; prior cementing or oilfield equipment experience preferredAbility to work long shifts, nights, weekends, and in outdoor industrial environmentsPhysical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb, bend, and work in varying weather conditionsMust pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physicalTWIC card and basic safety certifications (SafeLand, H2S, etc.) preferred or obtainable prior to startPreferredPrevious experience operating cement units or similar oilfield pumping equipmentMechanical aptitude and field repair experienceCurrent safety certificationsThis is a hands-on field position supporting active drilling and completion operations.
