Job summary

Jacam Catalyst LLC is seeking an Account Manager I to manage assigned oilfield accounts, ensuring high-quality service and effective solution delivery. The role involves technical advisory, data analysis of oilfield samples, and building strong customer relationships both with existing and potential clients.

The position requires a GED, a science degree preferred, and at least four years in oilfield sales, with a valid driver's license and forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in science discipline preferred.
• Minimum of four years of oilfield sales experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned accounts to ensure consistent service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain working knowledge of product lines, applications, and equipment and their impact on chemical treatment programs.
• Provide sound technical advice and product recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Routinely collect oilfield samples and analyze data for presentation to customers.
• Build and sustain relationships with current and potential customers.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by troubleshooting issues and communicating wellsite updates.
• Maintain the highest standard of safety.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, predictable attendance as required by the position.
