Job summary

Car Spa, Inc. is seeking an Oil Specialist to join our automotive team. No experience is required; you will learn to perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements with an emphasis on safety and great customer service.

Work takes place in a fast-paced service bay, outdoors or indoors in varying weather conditions. Training is provided to help you become proficient, reliable, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Able to work on your feet in a service bay in all weather conditions.
• Frequent physical activity: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, stepping in and out of vehicles.
• Adherence to safety policies; wear protective gear (safety goggles, bump cap, burn gloves, ear protection).

Responsibilities

• Perform upper and lower standardized work for all services offered in the Oil Center.
• Maintain the facility (empty trash, restock inventory, clean floors).
• Follow safety rules and procedures per OSHA and company policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing checks per company policy.
• Assist in training newly hired Oil Specialists.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Answer questions customers may have about the services offered by the company.

Position Overview

As an Oil Specialist, you’ll be responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
