Job summary

Bruner Auto Family is seeking a Quick Lube Service Technician to perform routine maintenance and fluid checks on customer vehicles. The role focuses on oil changes, transmission fluid and fluid level checks, inspecting belts and filters, and monitoring air levels and gauges.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of automobiles and can operate electronic diagnostic equipment, with a willingness to learn new procedures and work in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Identify problems quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automobiles and vehicle systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
• Willingness to learn new repair procedures and tech.
• Comfort using electronic diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Test systems to ensure they are secure and functioning.
• Isolate components causing issues.
• Drive vehicles for testing and diagnose.
• Maintain accuracy in diagnosing and repairs.
• Repair or replace worn parts to prevent breakdown.
• Use power tools and diagnostic equipment as needed.
