Take 5 Nashville is seeking an Oil Lube Tech to join our expanding team in Smyrna, TN. This entry-level role focuses on oil changes, tire pressure checks, and basic vehicle maintenance; you will work under supervision and learn the industry.

Responsibilities include windshield checks, fluid top-offs, oil and filter changes, assisting with opening/closing, following policies, and keeping the shop clean. Ideal candidates are reliable, customer-focused, and able to handle physical tasks.

Technicians will be responsible for the following:

• windshield and tire pressure
• hood inspection and fluid top-offs
• drain and replace oil and appropriate filters
• assist store manager and leadership with opening/closing
• following corporate policies and procedures
• maintain store, office, and grounds cleanliness
