Haffner's is seeking an Oil Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial heating and cooling systems, including related tanks and piping. You will follow a standardized customer-visit process and document all equipment with details and photos.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, explaining resolutions to customers, and ensuring accurate pricing. The role requires a NH oil burner service license, EPA 608 preferred, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in oil service or equipment sales preferred.
• NH oil burner service license required.
• EPA 608 certificate preferred.
• Clean MA/NH driving record.
• Ability to pass drug, alcohol, and physical tests.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment at commercial and residential sites.
• Communicates delays and schedule changes to customers and office staff.
• Documents equipment details, fuel type, and test results on arrival.
• Diagnoses electrical and mechanical issues and explains solutions to customers.
• Repairs by sourcing parts, calibrating to specs, and testing components.
• Identifies opportunities for additional services and new contracts.
