Job summary

Frontier Environmental Services in the United States is seeking a Welder Helper to support seasoned welders on oil and gas projects. You will stock, clean, and prepare tools, set up materials, and help prep pipe for welding while keeping the jobsite organized and safe.

This entry-level role offers steady full-time hours, a safety-first culture, and hands-on training. You must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, pass drug screening, and work Monday through Friday with possible Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of welding or helper experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Physically able to lift 50–100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Team player with safety-first mindset; must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Stock, clean, and organize welding tools and supplies.
• Set up equipment and materials for daily assignments.
• Cut, grind, and prep pipe for welding.
• Assist with pipe fit-up using clamps, levels, and tape measures.
• Keep work areas safe, ventilated, and clean.
