Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in technical service, field engineering, or production chemistry within the oil and gas industry.
• Hands-on experience with chemical treatment programs (e.g., corrosion inhibition, scale control, emulsion breaking, biocides).
• Strong background in field operations, data analysis, and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for chemical applications in upstream and midstream oil and gas operations.
• Conduct field testing, sampling, and performance evaluations of treatment programs.
• Lead field surveys and monitor program performance to identify improvements.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend corrective actions or product recommendations.
• Mentor and train field technicians and customers on chemistry, safety, and application procedures.
