Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews to determine the accuracy of hydrological and engineering data; notify industry personnel of deficiencies and assist in correcting errors.
• Evaluate data on Commission proceedings to determine compliance with rules and laws.
• Interpret state and federal laws and commission rules for staff, industry personnel and the public.
• Investigate oil and gas pollution sites and related facilities and provide technical recommendations.
• Prepare geological, hydrological and engineering reports; review information for hearings; testify as an expert witness at Commission hearings.
