JetPack Shipping is seeking a Production Quality Inspector for Oils & Creams to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across raw materials, in-process steps, and finished goods. You will test oils, butters, and cream bases; monitor viscosity and pH; review COAs; and approve or reject products based on specs.

Collaborating with Production, R&D, and Regulatory teams, you will document results, support audits, and help implement improvements to extend shelf life and stability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in quality control or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cGMP, SOPs, FDA requirements preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, follow written procedures and product specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Inspect oils, butters, and cream bases upon receipt.
• Perform in-process checks during blending, emulsification, and filling.
• Monitor viscosity, pH, stability, and sensory attributes.
• Review Certificates of Analysis and ensure conformity to specs.
• Approve or reject finished products based on quality standards.
• Maintain accurate batch records following cGMP and SOPs.
