Qualifications

• Experience preferred, but training provided.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance needs (oil changes, tire rotations, filters, batteries, wipers) per repair order.
• Work in a high efficiency two-person team.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needed services and time estimates.
• Provide excellent customer service with the customer’s perspective in mind.
• Present a friendly, professional greeting to customers and address concerns.
• Ensure customer needs are understood and met.
