Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring for Oil Change Team Members. No experience required; we provide PAID TRAINING and opportunities to move up to management. This is a full-time crew member and lube tech role with competitive base pay and weekly bonuses.

You’ll learn to change oil, replace wiper blades/filters, check tires, and perform light maintenance while staying in your car. Growth is rapid, with many leaders promoted from within.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in hot/cold conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Provide excellent customer service.
