Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join our fast-paced, friendly shop environment. No experience required—we train you to change oil, replace blades/filters, and perform light maintenance, while you learn on the job. Base pay is competitive up to $15/hour plus commissions and opportunities for advancement.

Full-time roles with flexible schedules, paid training, and path to management are available. Health, vision, and dental insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we train you to perform oil changes and light maintenance.
• Must be willing to learn and bring a positive attitude to the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and replace oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
