Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Memphis is seeking friendly, energetic team members for full-time crew positions and lube techs. No experience required; you will be trained to perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire care, and light maintenance.

Up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, plus paid training and opportunities to advance to management. Benefits include same-day pay, health/dental/vision insurance, and paid time off for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• No experience required—PAID TRAINING provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to the shop.
• Willing to work in hot/cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock inventory and keep the shop clean.
• Provide excellent customer service.
