Qualifications

• Prior automotive service or oil change experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and under-hood components.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Inspect and top off essential fluids including coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
• Check and adjust tire pressure and inspect wiper blades, air filters, and other components.
• Communicate vehicle inspection findings and service recommendations to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the service bay.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to minimize customer wait times.
• Follow proper safety procedures and manufacturer service guidelines.
