Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join a fast-paced, friendly shop. You’ll learn to perform basic maintenance tasks while staying in your car, with a focus on safety and customer service.

No experience is required; we provide training and a clear path to advancement, including management roles. Competitive base pay, bonuses, and benefits are available for full-time crew members.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to learn, work hard and bring a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Provide excellent customer service.
