Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members in the Avondale, AZ area. No experience is required, and we offer PAID TRAINING to teach you how to perform basic oil changes and light maintenance while you learn our efficient process.

Earn up to $15/hour plus base pay and commissions, with opportunities for advancement to managerial roles. Full-time crew members receive benefits such as paid time off, health, vision, and dental insurance, and same-day pay via myFlexPay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself under cars.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Over 18 years of age (over 16 in AZ, ID, KS, NM, SC, SD, TX, WY)

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service
