Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member. No experience required—we train you to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill tires, and perform light maintenance while you stay in your car.

Pay is up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions. We offer PAID TRAINING and a pathway to leadership, plus full-time schedules, weekly bonuses, same-day pay, free oil changes, paid time off, and health, vision, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to follow instructions and learn new tasks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges and light maintenance.
• Restock inventory and keep shop clean.
• Provide excellent customer service.
