Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member at our Floresville, TX shop. No experience required; we train you to perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire inflation, and light maintenance while you stay in your vehicle.

We offer a friendly, fast-paced environment with paid training, base pay plus commissions up to $15 per hour, full-time schedules, weekly bonuses, same-day pay through myFlexPay, and opportunities to move into management roles.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift to fifty pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
