Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members in Ohio. No experience required; we train you to be a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, and perform light maintenance. You’ll join a growing team with opportunities for advancement and a base hourly pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to become a lube technician.
• Must be willing to learn, work hard and bring a positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle shop conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide excellent customer service.
