T5 NC Operations dba Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Lube Technician in Goldsboro, NC. You will learn to change oil, replace wiper blades, fill tires, and perform light maintenance in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit safely.
• Good communication with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn oil changes and light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and replace oil filter.
• Grease chassis fittings and check tires for proper pressure.
• Wash windshield and top off fluids.
• Assist customers in selecting oil type and other services.
• Process payment for services performed and record transactions.
• Perform coolant exchanges and basic service tasks.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep shop, office, and restrooms clean.
