Jiffy Lube Canton, GA is seeking a Lube Technician for oil changes and related services in an outdoor, fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, enter vehicle data, diagnose needs based on manufacturer recommendations and mileage, and perform services with attention to quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age minimum and a valid State Driver License.
• Follow Mr. Clean/CMC Handbook, Policies, Procedures, Code of Conduct.
• Abide by No Cell Phone in work areas policy.
• Be certified to perform Oil Change, additional lube services and finisher duties by completing and passing training.
• Deliver high level of quality assuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality and customer service at all times.
• Follow all MCCW/CMC Operations and Lube, Oil Change and Additional Service Processes per Lube Job Procedure Training.
• Follow all Safety Standards per the operations and safety manuals at all times.
• Perform all roles and tasks associated with the Lube Operation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Enter and drive vehicles off the conveyor when needed and move vehicles into position as needed.
