Take 5 Oil Change in Rowlett, TX is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily operations, mentor a fast-paced team, and ensure a safe, friendly customer experience. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed and help keep the shop running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months' experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and comfort providing direction, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Initiative and accountability in responsibilities; ability to stay organized during busy periods.
• Must meet age and certification requirements, including Inspector Certification when required.
