Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required, and we provide PAID TRAINING to help you advance within Take 5.

Earn up to $15/hr base pay plus commissions and enjoy incentives like weekly bonuses and SAME DAY PAY through myFlexPay. We offer full-time schedules, health/vision/dental insurance, and opportunities to move up quickly—over 90% of our Shop Managers started as lube techs.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to become a lube technician.
• Willing to learn and bring a positive attitude to the shop.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be over 18 years old (varies by state).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
