Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly, energetic crew members for full-time roles as oil change team members and lube techs. No experience is required, as we provide paid training to learn oil changes, blade/air filter replacement, tire air, and light maintenance.

Earn up to $15/hr base with commissions and grow into leadership roles with internal promotions. We offer full-time schedules, weekly bonuses, same-day pay, free oil changes, paid time off, and health, vision, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• No experience required; company provides training to become a lube technician.
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and replace oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock inventory and maintain a clean work area.
• Provide excellent customer service.
