Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members. No experience is required, and we provide PAID training to learn oil changes, filter replacements, and light maintenance. Eligible teammates can grow into leadership roles with promotions and a path from lube tech to shop manager.

Earn up to $15 per hour with base pay and commissions, plus health, vision, and dental insurance, and other benefits for full-time crew members.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot/cold weather.
• Must be over 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
