Paid training will equip you to run the shop, supervise crew, handle payments, and ensure quality service. Base pay ranges from $13.25 to $19.00 per hour with weekly bonuses and benefits.

Prior experience is valued but not required; many team members join from diverse backgrounds and quickly move into leadership roles. Excellent teamwork encouraged.
