Take 5 Oil Change in Starke, FL is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager who will support daily operations, develop the team, and deliver fast, friendly customer service on the shop floor.

You will step in as Manager on Duty when needed, train new staff, help with inventory, and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld in a busy automotive service environment.

We’re looking for an Assistant Shop Manager who is career-minded, enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing things the right way, and is ready to help lead a fast-paced team.In this role, you’ll support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and fast, friendly customer experience. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed, helping the team stay focused while keeping the shop safe, efficient, and running smoothly.
