Take 5 Oil Change in Florida is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily operations on the shop floor. You will support the Shop Manager, coach teammates, and help deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You’ll step in as Manager on Duty as needed, train new staff, coordinate workflow, and identify opportunities to improve performance even when the Shop Manager is away. The role provides paid training and clear paths to leadership opportunities.

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment delivering consistent and exceptional customer service experience for every customer.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to following and maintaining facility and safety control policies and practices.

**JOB DESCRIPTION:****Take 5 Oil Change Assistant Shop Manager**At Take 5 Oil Change, leadership happens right on the shop floor. We’re looking for an Assistant Shop Manager who is career-minded, enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing things the right way, and is ready to help lead a fast-paced team.In this role, you’ll support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and fast, friendly customer experience. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed, helping the team stay focused while keeping the shop safe, efficient, and running smoothly.
