Job summary

CACI International Inc in Fort Meade, MD, is seeking an OIE Targeteer to provide targeting expertise in irregular warfare, campaign objectives, and commander's intent.

You will conduct target development, integrate intelligence with operational information, and coordinate with MILDEC, PSYOP, cyber, space, and electronic warfare to support senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting OIE, joint targeting, military planning, intelligence operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of target development, target nominations, prioritization, and assessment.
• Ability to integrate intelligence and operational information into clear targeting products and recommendations.
• Familiarity with joint targeting processes and capabilities such as MILDEC, PSYOP, cyber, space, or electronic warfare.
• Strong written, verbal, and briefing skills, including the ability to communicate recommendations to senior leaders.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeting expertise to identify, develop, prioritize, and assess targets in support of OIE, campaign objectives, and commander’s intent.
• Conduct target development and systems analysis to characterize relevant actors, networks, capabilities, relationships, vulnerabilities, and influence pathways.
• Integrate intelligence and operational information to develop decision-quality targeting products.
• Synchronize OIE targeting requirements with joint targeting processes and intelligence activities.
• Coordinates targeting with MILDEC, PSYOP, cyber, space, electronic warfare, and other applicable capabilities.
• Identifies targeting opportunities, dependencies, risks, and potential effects to support operational planning and effects synchronization.
• Develops and maintains target packages, target nominations, assessments, and targeting recommendations to support prioritization and senior-leader decision-making.
