Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking obstetrics specialists for locum tenens assignments in Kentucky. You'll support 24-hour call schedules and handle inpatient obstetric care in a hospital setting, including rounds, admissions, and discharges.

Assignments include nursery duties and pediatric floor coverage with cesarean delivery support as needed. Weatherby provides paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing, along with 24-hour consultant access.

Responsibilities

• Attends C-sections and deliveries; rounds, admissions, discharges.
• ER consults and in-patient care in a hospital setting.
• Nursery and pediatric floor responsibilities (1-5 patients/day; 0-3 patients/day).
• Leave coverage and holiday coverage as needed.
