Overview

This assignment is coordinated by a CompHealth recruiter who partners with specialized teams to handle housing, travel arrangements, credentialing, licensing, and related logistics, helping you focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• 1 - 2 weeks per month with a 6-month commitment
• Workload: 35 inpatient census; 5 consults and 3–4 clinic patients daily
• Schedule: mornings in cath lab and inpatient rounding; afternoons in clinic
• Read nuclear cardiac imaging
• Procedures: diagnostic and interventional cardiology, LVADs, radial access
• Skills required: EKGs, Holter monitors, echocardiography, and all stress test modalities
• Cardioversion, medical management; pacemaker insertion is a bonus
• Vacation coverage as needed
