The Nagler Group is seeking a Document Negotiator for the Office of the General Counsel in Boston, MA. This hybrid role is a 4-month contract with a pay range of $50–$55 per hour. You will prepare, review, and negotiate complex financial services documentation and related amendments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, a background in contracts or banking, and strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills. Law degree preferred, but substantial experience may qualify.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited law school preferred; non-attorney with strong background considered.
• Experience with transactional, corporate, contracts, banking, or financial services matters.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiating skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, draft, and negotiate account control agreements and amendments.
• Review instruction letters, representation letters, and related docs.
• Assist attorneys with client onboarding and maintenance matters.
• Coordinate documentation among internal and external parties.
• Track status of agreements and maintain records.
